Community Guidelines
Last updated: 20 September 2026
AHF47 is a club for people who love the road and want everyone to get home. What you post here carries the AHF47 name, so a few rules are firm. Everything else is common sense and good manners.
Three hard rules
1. No speed bragging. Don't post top speeds, speedometer or GPS screenshots of speed, "how fast we went" stories, or times that celebrate going fast on public roads. A ride log is about the route, the place and the people.
2. No stunt content. No wheelies, stoppies, burnouts, drifting, racing on public roads, riding without protective gear as a feature, or anything that copies a stunt. If it would worry a parent, leave it out.
3. No politics. No parties, candidates, elections, religion or campaigns, and no jokes or memes about them. We ride together whoever we vote for.
Posts that break these rules are removed, and repeat breaches can end an account.
What we'd love to read
- Ride logs: where you started, where you ended, how far, what the road was like, what you'd tell the next rider. Three to ten of your own photos.
- Articles: road-safety lessons, gear you've trusted for years, first-time-long-ride advice, maintenance you learned the hard way, places worth the detour.
- Your own words and your own photos. If you quote or borrow something, say where it's from.
Being a good neighbour
- Treat other riders with respect, in posts and in comments. No abuse, no harassment, no hate.
- Don't post other people's faces, phone numbers or home locations without their say-so.
- No selling, spam, promotion or links you're paid for.
- Keep road-safety advice honest. If you're not sure, say so.
How review works
Your first three posts are read by an admin before they go live. If something needs changing, you'll get a note saying what and why, and you can edit and send it again. After three approved posts, your posts publish straight away. Admins can still remove a post that breaks the rules, and can put a rider back into review.
Comments and reports
Comments can be edited by their author. If you see something that breaks these rules, use the report button. Admins look at every report, and a post or comment with several reports is hidden until an admin has checked it.
