These terms govern your use of https://ahf47.in and related services run by AHF47 Motor Club ("AHF47", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Membership is free

An AHF47 account is free and stays free. We do not charge for accounts, rides, events or anything else on this site.

Rides and events

Riding and motorsport carry real risk of injury, damage and death. If you book or attend a ride, track day or meetup, you agree that:

• you hold a valid licence and insurance for the vehicle you ride or drive, and it is roadworthy;
• you will follow the law, the ride briefing and the instructions of the organisers, and wear appropriate protective gear;
• you take part at your own risk, and are responsible for your own conduct and any damage you cause.

We may change, reschedule or cancel an event, for example because of weather, safety or permits.

Saying you're going

Telling us you are going to a ride or event is free and is not a booking or a guarantee of a place. Some events have a limited number of places, and organisers may change who takes part for safety reasons.

Acceptable use

Do not post speed bragging, stunt content or politics. Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, no false identities, no harassment, no unlawful content, and no scraping of member data. Content you post, such as a bio or photos, must be yours to share.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add, including articles, ride logs, photos and comments. You give AHF47 a non-exclusive, free licence to display it on the site and in club channels, and to show it in feeds, search results and shares. You can delete your posts and comments at any time, and the licence ends for what you delete. Only post what is yours to share.

Community guidelines and moderation

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. A rider's first three posts are read by an admin before they go live; after that, posts publish straight away. Admins may remove any post or comment that breaks the guidelines, hide content that has been reported, ask you to change a post, put you back into review, or close your account for repeated breaches. You can report a post or comment with the report button.

Our content

The AHF47 name, logo, site design and our own text and images belong to the club or its licensors. Do not reuse them without permission.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, AHF47 and its volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your participation in an event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.
